- General1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relations, where Roebuckhunting acts as supplier of products.
Offers
2.1. All offers of Roebuckhunting are without engagement. Offers are made subject to the availability of the products. Roebuckhunting has the right to dissolve the contract. Misprints are reserved at all times.
Agreement
3.1. The purchase agreement between Roebuckhunting and the Buyer is concluded when the order confirmation is displayed on the screen.
Prices
4.1. All prices are in Euros including 21% VAT.
Shipping costs
5.1. All prices of products on this site do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions about shipping costs please email us at info@huntingeurope.be .
Delivery and delivery time
6.1. Ordered products paid in advance, Roebuckhunting will deliver to the specified delivery address within 3 working days after order confirmation and receipt of payment, if in stock.
6.2. Roebuckhunting aims to ship orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment. The ultimate delivery period is 30 days.
If the ordered products are not delivered to the specified delivery address within these deadlines, the buyer has the option to cancel the purchase agreement.
6.3. The above delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Roebuckhunting is never liable for damages resulting from exceeding delivery times.
6.4. Delivery takes place from our warehouse. Roebuckhunting provides for delivery by post or dispatch by any other means of its choice. Ownership of the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery if the products have been paid for.
6.5. Roebuckhunting is entitled to fulfill the delivery in parts. The additional costs of the subsequent delivery are borne by Roebuckhunting.Secure payment
7.1. Online payments are made with licensed systems such as IDeal, Belfius, ING, Bancontact, Mollie, …
7.2. When paying in advance by bank transfer, you transfer the amount from your bank account to Roebuckhunting’s bank account. This payment method usually takes a few days. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is received.
Return products
8.1. Products purchased from Roebuckhunting can be exchanged and/or returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, provided you still have the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in its original packaging.
The buyer can revoke his order within 14 days of ordering, without giving any reason. The buyer/consumer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The buyer also has the option of having the order amount, if already paid, refunded. To this end you must contact Roebuckhunting within 14 days after receipt at the delivery address.
8.2. If you have received a damaged product, Roebuckhunting will exchange it for exactly the same product free of charge, provided you can present the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in its original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid.
To this end, you must contact Roebuckhunting within 14 calendar days of receipt at the delivery address.
8.3. If you have received another product instead of the product you ordered, Roebuckhunting will exchange it for the product you ordered free of charge provided you can present the invoice, the purchase has not been used and is in its original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid. To this end, you must contact Roebuckhunting within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address.
8.4. When, pursuant to the above, any product may be returned, the amount paid by you will be transferred to your bank or current account within 14 days. You should always contact Roebuckhunting about this.
8.5. If the above deadline is not respected by the buyer, any right of the buyer will expire.8.6.With promotions or blackfriday no returns will be accepted.
Satisfaction guarantee, warranty
9.1. All our products are covered by 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

10.1 Defects: Buyer must examine the purchased products or have them examined upon delivery – or as soon as possible thereafter as possible. The Buyer must verify whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement, namely: whether the correct products have been delivered; whether the delivered products correspond in terms of quantity with what was agreed; whether the delivered products meet the agreed quality requirements or – if these are lacking – to the requirements that may be set for normal use and/or commercial purposes; If visible defects or shortages are found, the Buyer must report these in writing to Roebuckhunting within 48 hours after delivery. Non-visible defects must be reported in writing to Roebuckhunting by the Buyer after discovery, and at the latest within one month after delivery. Goods can only be returned with Roebuckhunting’s prior written consent.
10.2. Claims and defences, based on facts that could justify the assertion that the delivered product does not comply with the contract, expire 1 year after receipt at the delivery address.
10.3. You have the obligation to examine upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform Roebuckhunting as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days after delivery, at least after observation was reasonably possible, in writing and with motivation. If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, you have the choice of having the products concerned replaced with new products upon their return or having the invoice value of these products refunded.
10.4. If you do not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to Roebuckhunting within 14 days after delivery. Returns in this case will only be accepted if the product is undamaged, it also applies that the cost of return shipment will be at your expense.
Compensation
11.1. Roebuckhunting can only be held liable for damage that is attributable to its intent or gross negligence, or is caused by circumstances that are at its risk under mandatory rules.
The customer indemnifies Roebuckhuntingin and out of court against all claims by third parties regarding product liability of (legal) persons, relating to (alleged or real) defects in Roebuckhunting’s products, which the customer has supplied directly or indirectly to those third parties.
Rights
12.1. All legal relations between Roebuckhunting and the Buyer are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
Dutch text prevails
13.1. The Dutch text of these general terms and conditions prevails over translations thereof.
Prices
14.1. Roebuckhunting cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
